NOVELTY - Inorganic non-stick composite coating comprises top non-stick coating and bottom corrosion resistant layer. The non-stick coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. first acrylic resin, 30-50 pts. wt. glass powder, 10-30 pts. wt. titanium powder, 8-10 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 40-50 pts. wt. carbon fiber and 8-10 pts. wt. graphene. The materials are placed into the grinding cylinder in order and dispersing for 10 minutes, and grinding to the qualified fineness less than or equal to 30 microm. The bottom corrosion resistant layer comprises 90-110 pts. wt. second acrylic resin, 20-40 pts. wt. low-temperature glass powder and 1-2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The materials are placed into the grinding cylinder in order and dispersing for 10 minutes, and grinding to the qualified fineness less than or equal to30 microm. USE - Used as inorganic non-stick composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: does not decompose during use; is safe to use, non-stick and scratch-resistant; prevents the substrate from being corroded; and has the characteristics of thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, high adhesion and high weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the inorganic non-stick composite coating, comprising (1) (1-1) using air spraying, where the technical parameters of the ordinary spray gun are the spray gun caliber is 1-2 mm, the spraying pressure is 2-4 Kgf/cm2, and the spraying distance is 15-25 cm, and (1-2) (a) spraying environment needs to be relatively dry, ventilated, and dust-free to reduce the quality of spraying due to environmental factors, (b) using 150-200 mesh screen to filter before spraying, (c) coating thickness, where the thickness of the bottom corrosion-resistant layer is 25-35 microm, and the thickness of the top non-stick coating is 15-25 microm, and (d) paying attention to the uniformity and smoothness of the coating when spraying, and preventing the film thickness from being too thin to cover badly and too thick to sag and air bubbles, (2) (2-1) drying the surface of the bottom anti-corrosion layer at 150-170degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes, cooling the substrate, and spraying the top non-stick coating after the substrate surface temperature drops to room temperature, and (2-2) curing temperature of the top non-stick coating is at 150-170degrees Celsius/5-8 minutes in the first drainage section, second stages of glue discharging section is at 350-370degrees Celsius/5-8 minutes, and third curing stage is at 645-655degrees Celsius/8-10 minutes, and use method of the inorganic non-stick composite coating comprises (1) wearing suitable protective device when preparing the inorganic non-stick composite coating product, (2) complying with relevant regulations on waste disposal when disposing of waste, (3) (3-1) rinsing with plenty of water for at least 5 minutes when the slurry splashes into the eyes, and receiving medical treatment as appropriate, (3-2) placing with fresh air immediately when inhaling the decomposed gas, (3-3) washing it thoroughly with soap and water when the paint sticks to the skin, and (4) (4-1) storing the inorganic non-stick composite coating products in dry, rain-proof and shaded environment, and storing at a temperature of 5-40degrees Celsius, (4-2) handling transportation in accordance with the non-dangerous goods rules, and (4-3) the storage period of the inorganic non-stick composite coating product is 6 months under the normal storage environment, and using the storage period depending on the change of the product.
