NOVELTY - Graphene composite coating, comprises epoxy-acrylate emulsion and modified graphene oxide. The added amount of the modified graphene oxide is 10-15% of the quality of the epoxy-acrylate emulsion. The modified graphene oxide is obtained by modifying the graphene oxide, mixing the graphene oxide and sodium polystyrene sulfonate in a mass ratio of 40:1-50:1 by ball milling, redispersing in water to obtain a dispersion, and spray-drying. USE - Graphene composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite coating has excellent coating performance, and is easily and uniformly dispersed in the organic polymer coating system, and provides the product with high performance. The graphene oxide is used as the functional additive of the coating, because it is difficult to uniformly disperse in the coating system and the product performance cannot fully exert the defect and deficiency. The coating has improved adhesiveness with respect to the water, and has excellent adhesion to the surface of the sheet structure.
