NOVELTY - Self-corrosion-proof aqueous organic zinc-rich paint comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous organic resin, 3-5 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.05-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, and 46-70 pts. wt. modified zinc powder. The conductive filler, prepared by (1) adding graphene oxide to dilute hydrochloric acid solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension; (2) placing suspension in ice water bath, adding pyrrole aqueous solution, stirring to obtain mixed solution a, adding initiator solution, magnetically stirring, allowing to stand, and washing three times with acetone and deionized water to obtain mixed solution b; and (3) ultrasonicating mixed solution b, adding ammonia solution to adjust pH to 11, adding hydrazine hydrate, continuously ultrasonicating, heating and refluxing for 24 hours, washing, and drying to obtain conductive filler. USE - The paint is useful for steel structure surface atmospheric corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The paint has low organic content, small volatility, high safety, good environment fusion, higher zinc powder ratio, better conductivity, quickly transmits the current generated by corrosion to the external environment to prevent further corrosion, replaces the ordinary spherical zinc powder with intercalated hydrotalcite modified zinc powder, ion exchange between hydrotalcite interlayer anions and corrosion anions occurs, and prevents the infiltration of corrosive ions.
