NOVELTY - Lining rubber material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. natural rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 38-59 pts. wt. fluoro rubber compound, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-calcium oxide, 10 to 40 pts. wt. filler, 1 to 2 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1 to 5 pts. wt. composite vulcanizing agent, where the composite curing agent comprises decafluorobiphenyl A and diisopropyl benzene peroxide. USE - Lining rubber material for electromagnetic flow meter. Uses include but are not limited to measuring water, industrial water, waste water, sewage, pulp, slurry, and fiber slurry. ADVANTAGE - The lining rubber material has good vulcanization effect, and is easy to be damaged by dicumyl peroxide, so as to damage the mechanical property of the fluorine rubber. It uses the fluorubber processed by the graphene to effectively vulcanize the hexafluorobisphenol A. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the lining rubber material for electromagnetic flow meter, involves (1) adding the natural rubber into the internal mixer for banburying, adding ethylene propylene diene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber continuously banburying to obtain the condensed rubber, (2) adding fluorine rubber compound into the sealing rubber, nano-calcium oxide, filler, accelerator mixing, adding composite vulcanizing agent, pressing into adhesive tape, cooling, drying to obtain mixed rubber, (3) extruding the mixed rubber to obtain a rubber plate, spraying sand to the electromagnetic flow meter substrate of the lining rubber material, after purifying, coating epoxy adhesive, spreading the rubber plate to the surface of the epoxy adhesive, using the pressing roller to press the rubber plate, sealing, compressing the air until the pressure is 0.015 -0.03 MPa, 110-130 ℃ and keeping the pressure for 2-4 hours, reducing the pressure to obtain the lining rubber material for the electromagnetic flow meter.
