NOVELTY - Improving phenomenon of powder dropping at first crease of cathode sheet of lithium ion battery comprises method includes (a) maintaining total length of coated pole piece unchanged, increasing length of dressing layer 2, thus first crease of cathode piece falls within the dressing layer 1 and dressing layer 2 at same time during winding and (b) covering first crease with a thin adhesive tape in empty foil area A, where length direction of the thin adhesive tape is parallel to first crease, where lithium ion battery is of wound flexible packaging structure and cathode sheet of lithium ion battery contains one layer of current collector and two layers of dressing layers and dressing layer 1 and dressing layer 2 are provided on two dressing surfaces of current collector 3 and length of empty foil area A is greater than length of empty foil area B and first fold of cathode sheet is located in empty foil area A and in dressing layer 1. USE - The method is useful for improving phenomenon of powder dropping at first crease of cathode sheet of lithium ion battery for automobile ship, notebook computer, mobile phone, camera, electric vehicle, mobile power supply, medical device, war industry and aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The method: can obviously improve the powder falling phenomenon of the dressings with the cathode sheet of the dislocation structure of the wound flexible packaging lithium ion battery located at the first crease of the single-sided dressing layer and thier vicinity.
