▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene laminate (I) comprises: a substrate (10); a binder layer (20) on the substrate; and graphene (30) on the binder layer, where the graphene is bound to the substrate by the binder layer. USE - (I) is useful in a transparent electrode and an electrical device (all claimed) such as a super-capacitor, a fuel cell, and solar cell. (I) is useful: to form a flexible structure; in various display devices such as a field emission display, a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting device; in various nano-devices, such as a field-effect transistor and a memory device; and in a hydrogen storage device, an optical fiber and another electric device. ADVANTAGE - (I) is in large-size and has fewer defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing (I) comprising forming graphene on a graphitization catalyst film, coating a surface of a substrate with a binder layer composition, contacting the binder layer composition and the graphene, curing the binder layer composition to form a binder layer, and removing the graphitization catalyst film to prepare (I).
