NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-supported bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalyst comprises e.g. (i) taking bismuth nitrate, polyethylene glycol and tetra-n-butyl titanate, dissolving in deionized water, stirring, taking sodium chloride and citric acid, dissolving in deionized water, stirring and mixing mixture A and B to obtain a reaction solution; (ii) adding prepared bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalytic particles into reaction solution, centrifuging, washing solid product and drying; (iii) dissolving graphene in mixed solution of deionized water and absolute ethanol, mixing graphene solution and bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles and stirring; and (iv) placing mixed solution of graphene and bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles in high pressure reactor, centrifuging, loading centrifuged graphene with bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalyst, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-supported bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method: inhibits rapid combination of pure bismuth oxychloride electron hole pairs, improve the visible light utilization rate, forms bismuth oxychloride towards orientation, and improves photo catalytic effect; is simple, rapid and economical and consumes less time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-supported bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalyst comprises (i) taking raw materials bismuth nitrate, polyethylene glycol and tetra-n-butyl titanate, dissolving in deionized water and stirring evenly to obtain a mixture A, where solid-liquid ratio of each component bismuth nitrate, polyethylene glycol, tetra-n-butyl titanate and deionized water is (0.9-1) g:(0.1-0.2)g: (1-2)ml:(25-30)ml, taking raw materials as sodium chloride and citric acid, dissolving in deionized water and stirring evenly to obtain a mixture B, where solid-liquid ratio of each component, sodium chloride, citric acid and deionized water is (110-112) mg: (490-500) mg: (25-30) ml and mixing mixture A and mixture B to obtain a reaction solution, where mixture A is titanium (IV) ion and mixture B is chloride ion at ratio 1:1; (ii) adding prepared bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalytic particles into reaction solution in a high pressure reaction kettle at 2-4MPa at 140-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours to obtain a bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particle mixture, centrifuging bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particle mixture, washing solid product after centrifugation for many times and drying to obtain bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles; (iii) dissolving graphene in a mixed solution of deionized water and absolute ethanol, dispersing uniformly ultrasonically to obtain a 0.2- 0.4 mg/ml graphene solution, mixing the graphene solution and the bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution of graphene and bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles, where mass ratio of graphene and bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles is 1:(100-20); and (iv) placing mixed solution of graphene and bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalytic particles in a high pressure reactor at 100-150 degrees C at 2-4 MPa for 1-5 hours to obtain a graphene-loaded bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalyst mixture, centrifuging graphene-loaded bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalyst mixture, loading centrifuged graphene with bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photocatalyst, washing and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-supported bismuth-bismuth oxychloride-titaniumdioxide photo catalyst, prepared as mentioned above.
