NOVELTY - The Radiation source has a medium substrate (3) provided with a waveguide (1) and an electrode array. The waveguide is provided with multiple graphene strips (2). A gap is formed between two adjacent graphene strips. The electrode array adjusts bias voltage of each graphene strip to dynamically tune a radiation parameter of a radiation source main body under condition that radiation frequency is not changed. The electrode array is provided with a first electrode array (4) and a second electrode array. The first electrode array is connected with the second electrode array. USE - Radiation source with dynamically tuning radiation parameter. ADVANTAGE - The radiation power density of the radiation source is significantly enhanced.
