NOVELTY - Preparing sound-absorbing mortar based on perlite loaded graphene comprises (i) choosing main raw materials, where the main raw materials comprises 20-70 pts. wt. perlite-supported graphene composite porous material, 0.5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. solid filler, 5-20 pts. wt. emulsion and 10-30 pts. wt. water, (ii) firstly mixing and stirring water and dispersant for 1-5 minutes, at a speed of 500-2000 revolutions/minute, adding perlite-loaded graphene composite porous material, stirring for 5-15 minutes, and centrifuging at 500-2000 revolutions/minute, adding solid filler, stirring for 10-15 minutes, centrifuging at 500-2000 revolutions/minute, adding emulsion and stirring for 15-20 minutes at 500-2000 revolutions/minute. USE - The method is useful for preparing sound-absorbing mortar based on perlite loaded graphene. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has enhanced mechanical properties, more developed porosity; and is not easy to fall off and block large pores of perlite in actual application process, and conducive to absorption of sound waves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sound-absorbing mortar based on perlite-loaded graphene, prepared by above method.
