NOVELTY - A high-shading and wear-resistant polycarbonate composition comprises polycarbonate, glass fiber, titanium dioxide, molybdenum disulfide, antistatic agent, first toughening agent, second toughening agent, antioxidant, and lubricant. The first toughening agent is prepared by mixing KH570 and ethanol aqueous solution, adding nano-silica for ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30 minutes, stirring at room temperature, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified nano-silica; and taking modified nano-silica, first emulsifier and water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a nano-silica emulsion, gradually dropping methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and first initiator, heating to 70-80 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, demulsifying, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - High-shading and wear-resistant polycarbonate composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition improves the rigidity and toughness of the polycarbonate and has high wear resistance and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-shading and wear-resistant polycarbonate composition comprises 70-80 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 15-25 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 6-8 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 10-12 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 8-10 pts. wt. first toughening agent, 4-6 pts. wt. second toughening agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. lubricant. The first toughening agent is prepared by mixing 4-6 pts. wt. KH570 and 20-30pts. wt. ethanol aqueous solution, adding 10 pts. wt. nano-silica for ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30 minutes, stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified nano-silica; and taking modified nano-silica, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. first emulsifier and 100 pts. wt. water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a nano-silica emulsion, gradually dropping 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. acrylic acid and 0.03-0.05 pt. wt. first initiator, heating to 70-80 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, demulsifying, filtering, washing, and drying. The second toughener is prepared by adding 5-7 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. second emulsifier and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. second initiator to 100 pts. wt. water, stirring for 1.5 hours, gradually adding 50-70 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. second emulsifier, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. glycol dimethacrylate, and 1-2 pts. wt. second initiator, and reacting for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain core emulsion; and gradually adding 28-36 pts. wt. core emulsion, heat-preserving, reacting for 0.5-1.5 hours, demulsifying, filtering, washing, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composition according comprising feeding raw materials twin-screw extruder, melt extruding, and granulating.
