▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing closed-cell enriched graphene-based insulating material, comprises e.g. (a) preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution by Hummers method, dissolving ethylene oxide propylene oxide block copolymer ether in the graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring at room temperature, adding p-xylene, and further stirring at 8000-16000 revolutions/minute with rate of high-speed shear of 5-30 minute to obtain oxidized graphene emulsion, and (b) freezing the oxidized graphene emulsion at -40 to -60 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, freeze-drying at -60 degrees C for 5-7 days to obtain freeze-dried fumed graphene block. USE - The method is useful for preparing closed-cell enriched graphene-based insulating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The closed-cell enriched graphene-based insulating material has improved thermal conductivity and thermal insulation properties.
