▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon gas gel using polyacrylonitrile, involves (i) uniformly mixing polyacrylonitrile or acrylic old clothes with 1-30 %mass chlorate, and hot pressing, (ii) placing the hot-pressed sample obtained in step (i) in a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction at 100-200℃ for ≥ 12 hours, (iii) freeze-drying or supercritically drying the sample after the reaction in step (ii), and pre-oxidizing the dried sample at 200℃ in an air atmosphere for ≥ 3 hours, and (iv) placing the sample prepared in step (iii) in an inert atmosphere protection furnace and carbonizing at a high temperature above 800℃ to prepare the carbon gas gel material. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon gas gel using polyacrylonitrile, which is useful in catalysis, heat insulation, adsorption, oil-water separation and energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The carbon gas gel material is heat insulation, conductive, oleophilic hydrophobic, has low density and good mechanical property. The method uses polyacrylonitrile to prepare carbon gas material gel, avoids the use graphene carbon nano-tube and expensive material, reduces the preparation cost of carbon gas coagulation, is convenient for practical popularization and application, and has good environment-friendly, economic and social meaning.
