NOVELTY - Preparing surface micro-nano structure of polymer composite material comprises (i) melt-blending polypropylene, graphene powder, lubricant and coupling agent, and extruding to obtain polymer composite material, and (ii) molding polymer composite material in molding device in which micro-nano template is fixed on one side, and demolding to obtain surface micro-nano structure of polymer composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing surface micro-nano structure of polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high conformity with geometrical dimension of micro-nano template, high geometric dimensional stability, wear resistance and service life, and can form super-hydrophobic micro-nano structure with high aspect ratio.
