NOVELTY - Preparation of silver-titania-supported three-dimensional graphene aerogel involves dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically-homogenizing, adding glycine, silver nitrate and titanium sulfate to obtain dispersion, transferring dispersion to a high-pressure stainless steel reactor, heating, cooling to room temperature, collecting solid sample, washing and freeze-drying for 2 days. USE - Preparation of silver-titania-supported three-dimensional graphene aerogel used in photoelectrochemical biosensor for photoelectrochemical detection of thrombin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of silver-titania-supported three-dimensional graphene aerogel that has improved photoelectrochemical response. The photoelectrochemical biosensor can sensitively and effectively detect thrombin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for silver-titania-supported three-dimensional graphene aerogel prepared by the method.
