▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by exfoliating graphite-type material by confinement electrochemical method, comprises (i) preparing mixed electrochemical stripping solution containing sulfate and ammonium salt, dissolving sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in 0.5 mol/l sulfuric acid to prepare a pretreatment solution and adding graphite material in pretreatment solution ; (ii) wrapping confined metal mesh in the outer layer of the graphite material after allowing to stand, and using as anode after being flattened, where the metal platinum sheet is used as the cathode, placing in mixed electrochemical stripping solution; (iii)pre-stripping at constant voltage of DC power supply for 30 minutes, increasing constant voltage to start constant-voltage stripping; (iv) filtering and washing exfoliated graphite material to obtain an intercalated graphite material; and (v) freeze-drying aqueous solution of graphene to obtain graphene. The sulfate is sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate or potassium sulfate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by exfoliating graphite-type material by confinement electrochemical method. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate. The raw material is simple, easy to obtain, low cost, simple process, few steps, short production period, excellent structure of the product, suitable for industrial production, and has important scientific value and wide application prospect by using the graphene peeling graphite. The graphene graphene defect obtained by the method is low and the quality is good, and the raw material of the method preparation is easy and simple to obtain. Processing process is simple.
