NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 70-90 pts. wt. nylon, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, where modified graphene is prepared from graphene, citric acid and sodium metaaluminate. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material; has very good thermal conductivity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material, comprising (i) taking nylon, carbon fiber, modified graphene, flexibilizer, compatibilizer, lubricant and antioxidant; (ii) mixing nylon, flexibilizer, carbon fiber and modified graphene uniformly, adding into a twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 250-270 degrees C to obtain a thermally conductive nylon master batch; (iii) drying the thermally conductive nylon master batch, mixing and stirring with the silicone modified polyester acrylate, compatibilizer, the antioxidant and the lubricant to obtain a mixture; and (iv) adding mixture into a twin-screw extruder and extruding at 260-280 degrees C.
