NOVELTY - The wire has a grapheme layer fixed with ferroferric oxide layer. Diameter, length and thickness of the graphene layer are respectively about 100-120 mu m, 3-5 mu m and 1.5-2 mu m. A ratio table area is about 32 to 36 m2/g, where hexa-hydrate ferric chloride is added into deionized water that is stirred for 10 to 20 min to make dissolution. The dissolution is added into graphene oxide water dispersion liquid. Ammonium metavanadate is added into the deionized water. The ferroferric oxide layer is contained with amorphous vanadium oxide. The amorphous vanadium oxide is obtained in a substrate. USE - Graded porous ferroferric oxide/graphene nano wire for use as high-rate lithium ion battery cathode active material application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wire has high capacity, and realizes high performance of a lithium ion battery.
