NOVELTY - A graphene/copper alloy-type thermoelectric composite material consists of a composite graphene phase having a diamond-like carbon structure, and a matrix containing 0.5-5 wt.% copper alloy (I). USE - Graphene/copper alloy-type thermoelectric composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/copper alloy-type thermoelectric composite material has excellent thermoelectric properties, and is prepared with high yield, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/copper alloy-type thermoelectric composite material consists of a composite graphene phase having a diamond-like carbon structure, and a matrix containing 0.5-5 wt.% copper alloy of formula: Cu2AX3 (I), where A is tin or germanium, and X is selenium or tellurium. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/copper alloy-type thermoelectric composite material.
