NOVELTY - Synthesizing nanodots/graphene/graphene oxide/carbon quantum dots involves using citric acid/tartaric acid/ glucose /cellulose-based natural polymer material as basic material, using glass tube-shaped reactors and other containers that has cylindrical components less than 2 cm in diameter, performing heating treatment with temperatures above 150 degrees C for 30 minutes in furnace, raise temperature for 4 hours with variations of 200 degrees C, 250 degrees C, 300 degrees C, and 400 degrees C for each material, using nanodots/graphene oxide/carbon quantum dots with carboxyphenylboronic acid. USE - Method for synthesizing nanodots/graphene/graphene oxide/carbon quantum dots for cancer and HIV treatment (claimed).
