NOVELTY - High impact strength polypropylene polymer comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-5 pts. wt. flax fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. toughening agent, 3-6 pts. wt. hexagonal boron nitride, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as high impact strength polypropylene polymer. ADVANTAGE - The polymer has improved the toughness of the entire material, improved the dispersion uniformity of the mixing between the various components, high toughness and high tear strength, and crush resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polymer, comprising (i) sending flax fibers to the shearing machine for shearing to form flax staple fibers, (ii) feeding polypropylene, toughening agent, hexagonal boron nitride, graphene, antioxidants and flax short fibers into a high-speed mixer according to the proportions, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture, and (iii) feeding the mixed material into the twin-screw extruder and melt it through the twin-screw extruder, extruding, cooling, pelletizing, and feeding pellets into an injection molding machine for injection molding to prepare a new type of high-impact strength polypropylene polymer.
