NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced rigid polyvinyl chloride thermally conductive composite material comprises polyvinyl chloride resin, graphene, graphene surface treatment agent, thermal conductive filler, sterically hindered filler, processing aid, stabilizer, plasticizer, toughener, antioxidants and other additives, where other additives include lubricating dispersant. USE - Used as a graphene reinforced rigid polyvinyl chloride thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent heat conducting performance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene reinforced rigid polyvinyl chloride thermally conductive composite material comprising (1) mixing graphene, graphene surface treatment agent, thermally conductive filler and sterically hindered filler to obtain a mixed thermally conductive agent, (2) mixing blend stabilizers, processing aids, plasticizers, toughening agents, other additives, antioxidants and polyvinyl chloride resins with the mixed thermal conductivity agent in a high-speed mixer, cooling and allowing to stand for curing in order to obtain graphene reinforced rigid PVC clinker, and (3) extruding and pelletizing the graphene-reinforced rigid PVC clinker through melt mixing, so as to obtain a graphene-reinforced rigid PVC thermally conductive composite material.
