▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Extreme-speed and efficient reduction of graphene oxide with low energy consumption, comprises placing the reduction initiator on a heat source ≮ 180℃, and contacting graphene oxide with a reducing initiator, and starting the reaction to obtain reduced graphene oxide; or coating graphene oxide in a reduction initiator, and placing the reduction initiator coated with graphene oxide on a heat source at 160-240℃ for reduction reaction to obtain reduced graphene oxide. The reduction initiator can be lithium or tin low melting point metals and their alloys. USE - Extreme-speed and efficient reduction of graphene oxide with low energy consumption. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a low energy consumption extreme-speed high-efficiency reduction oxidation graphene. The graphene oxide is reduced by the method and does not need any purification or complex subsequent processing. The method does not require any shape of the graphene oxide, can be any size of foam, film, powder, flocculent or other shapes, and water content in the oxidation graphene ≯ 50% (preferably 30%). When the water content is less than 30%, it is easier to trigger out the reaction, so that the reduction is more complete. The oxidation-graphene reduction reaction time is not less than 1s, and the oxidation is reduced completely. The reduction initiator has a melting point of 180-250℃.
