NOVELTY - A graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion is obtained by dispersing graphene in a solvent until it becomes a uniform graphene solvent mixed dispersion, and replacing the solvent in the dispersion with an epoxy active diluent to prepare a graphene dispersion in which graphene is dispersed in the epoxy active diluent. USE - Graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion is used for preparing solvent-based epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, solvent-free epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, and aqueous epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion is hard to agglomerate and can be easily dispersed in the coating and improve corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) solvent-based graphene epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, which comprises a component (A) and a component (B) in a weight ratio of 7-9:0.5-1.5. Component (A) comprises 15-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion, 50-70 pts. wt. zinc powder, 3-10 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. diluent, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. coating additive. Component (B) is a curing agent which is polyamide 651. The epoxy active diluent is o-cresol glycidyl ether and/or glycidyl neodecanoate. The epoxy resin is at least one chosen from bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 430-555 g/eq, bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 210-244 g/eq, and bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 180-200 g/eq. The filler is at least one chosen from cloud iron ash, calcium carbonate, and zinc phosphate. The diluent is toluene, xylene, and/or butanol. The coating additive is defoamer, thixotropic agent, and/or silane-coupling agent. The defoamer is BYK067 (RTM: silicone defoamer) and/or BYK085 (RTM: polymethylalkylsiloxane). The thixotropic agent is fumed silica and/or organic bentonite. The silane-coupling agent is gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and/or gamma -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane; (ii) aqueous graphene epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, which comprises a component (C) and a component (D) in a weight ratio of 1-3:0.5-1.5. Component (C) comprises 3-8 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 50-70 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-15 pts. wt. filler, and 5-10 pts. wt. co-solvent. Component (D) comprises 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion, 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer, and 20-35 pts. wt. water. The aqueous epoxy curing agent is a low-molecular polyamide curing agent with an amine value of 300-380 mg potassium hydroxide/g and a solid content of 48-52%. The aqueous epoxy resin emulsion is a bisphenol A type epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 360-450 g/eq and a solid content of 53-58%. The co-solvent is propylene glycol, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol, and/or N-methylpyrrolidone. The thixotropic agent is fumed silica. The defoamer is a polyether-modified silicone defoamer. The filler is phosphorus iron powder, calcium carbonate, and/or zinc phosphate; and (iii) solvent-free graphene epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, which comprises a component (E) and a component (F) in a weight ratio of 9-11:0.5-1.5. Component (E) comprises 15-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene epoxy active diluent dispersion, 50-70 pts. wt. zinc powder, 3-10 pts. wt. filler, and 1-5 pts. wt. coating additive. Component (F) is a curing agent which is polyamide 651. The epoxy active diluent is at least one chosen from glycidol, o-cresol glycidyl ether, and glycidyl neodecanoate. The epoxy resin is at least one chosen from bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 180-194 g/eq, bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 210-244 g/eq, and bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 180-200 g/eq. The filler is at least one chosen from cloud iron ash, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, and zinc phosphate. The coating additive is the defoaming agent and/or silane-coupling agent.
