NOVELTY - A clothing is made of a synthetic fiber-made fabric formed from graphene yarn and organic yarn, and an irritation reducing unit formed of graphene yarn at the joint position of the wearer's body. The joint position is wearer's elbow, behind the knee, groin, armpit, shoulder and pelvis, and located at one or more locations among the folds of the skin that come into contact with the skin. In the lining of the clothing, one or more clothing information is provided in a tag. The tag comprises a protective cover provided to open or cover the tag, so that the tag does not come into direct contact with the wearer's skin, by seaming the edge of one side with the clothing lining. An anti-atopic composition is applied on the surface in which the irritation reducing unit is in direct contact with the wearer's skin. The anti-atopic composition comprises 5-10 pts. wt. cypress leaf extract, 5-10 pts. wt. bamboo leaf extract, 5-10 pts. wt. green tea leaf extract and 1-3 pts. wt. pine needle extract. USE - Clothing for atopic dermatitis patients. ADVANTAGE - The clothing minimizes skin irritation of the wearer, and can be applied to various positions according to the need of the wearer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A clothing is made of a synthetic fiber-made fabric formed from graphene yarn and organic yarn, and an irritation reducing unit formed of graphene yarn at the joint position of the wearer's body. In the lining of the clothing, one or more clothing information chosen from sales price of clothing, composite information of graphene yarn and organic yarn forming the fabric, dimensions of clothing and handling information of clothing is recorded and provided in a tag in the form of barcode or quick response (QR) code. The tag comprises a protective cover provided to open or cover the tag, so that the tag does not come into direct contact with the wearer's skin, by seaming the edge of one side with the clothing lining in the radius where the tag is provided. The protective cover is formed of synthetic fibers, or graphene yarns made of graphene yarns and organic yarns. The cross section of the fabric is formed to have a zigzag pattern. When the wearer wears the clothing, the worn clothing forms a separation distance from the wearer's skin at regular intervals. The irritation reducing unit is attached to the lining of the clothing and provided to form a fixing force within the lining of the clothing. An anti-atopic composition is applied on the surface in which the irritation reducing unit is in direct contact with the wearer's skin. The anti-atopic composition comprises 5-10 pts. wt. cypress leaf extract, 5-10 pts. wt. bamboo leaf extract, 5-10 pts. wt. green tea leaf extract and 1-3 pts. wt. pine needle extract. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of clothing, which involves preparing synthetic fiber-made fabric by synthesizing the graphene yarn and the organic yarn, manufacturing a garment from the prepared fabric, forming the irritation reducing unit with graphene yarn in at least one joint position, preparing tag in which clothing information is stored, attaching the tag to the manufactured garment, and providing the protective cover to cover the top of the attached tag and selectively open the tag according to the wearer's operation. The base of the irritation-reducing unit is formed with graphene yarn and applying anti-atopic composition to the surface in contact with the wearer's skin.
