NOVELTY - The board has a nano-meter aqueous graphene oxide coating layer, a 6101-type epoxy resin glue, aluminum nitride powder and nano graphite powder mixed layer and a conductive layer that are formed with each other from left to right. The conductive layer is made by mixing of 50 to 100g/m2 percent of carbon fiber cloth or carbon fiber conductive paper. Weight ratio of epoxy resin, aluminum nitride powder and graphite powder is 30 to 40: 50 to 40: 15 to 20. USE - Electric apparatus and LED high heat conducting graphite carbon fiber composite circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The board is simple to process and inexpensive, and has high heat conductivity, high intensity, high temperature resistance and high corrosion resistance.
