Weight ratio of epoxy resin, aluminum nitride powder and graphite powder is 30 to 40: 50 to 40: 15 to 20. USE - Electric apparatus and LED high heat conducting graphite carbon fiber composite circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The board is simple to process and inexpensive, and has high heat conductivity, high intensity, high temperature resistance and high corrosion resistance.
