NOVELTY - Silicone sealant comprises 100 pts. wt. secondary aminoalkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 50-120 pts. wt. reinforcing materials, 1-10 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst. Secondary aminoalkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane comprises 100 pts. wt. alpha,omega-terminated hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 2-6 pts. wt. secondary aminosilane end capping agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. linear chloride phosphazene catalyst and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. neutralizer. USE - Silicone sealant used for sealing and bonding of building industry, automobile industry, household appliances and electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The silicone sealant has the advantages of high curing speed, strong adhesion, long storage period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the silicone sealant involves mixing secondary aminoalkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and reinforcing filler, stirring under vacuum for 60-120 minutes, adding crosslinking agent, stirring under vacuum for 30-40 minutes, adding coupling agent and catalyst, stirring under vacuum 20-60 minutes.
