NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/bisphenol-A type polyarylate composite material involves: (1) adding bisphenol-A and benzyltriethylammonium chloride to sodium hydroxide solution, and mixing to obtain a yellow solution; (2) mixing isophthaloyl dichloride and terephthaloyl dichloride to obtain an acyl chloride solution; (3) adding to dichloromethane, mixing and dissolving to obtain an acyl chloride solution dissolved in dichloromethane; (4) preparing graphene oxide suspension; (5) adding ethylenediamine, stirring and drying to obtain aminated graphene oxide; (6) adding to the yellow solution and ultrasonically treating to obtain a black ink solution; (7) dripping the acyl chloride solution dissolved in dichloromethane into the ink solution and stirring to obtain a mixture; (8) adding to methanol, precipitating and filtering to obtain polyester; (9) adding to dichloromethane, stirring and filtering to obtain a solution; and (10) adding to methanol, precipitating and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/bisphenol-A type polyarylate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method achieves uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in the polyarylate material in combination with excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance of polyarylate, so that the composite material has increased tensile strength and elongation rate, and is lightweight, the subsequent processing is more convenient, and the cost of the material is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/bisphenol-A type polyarylate composite material involves: (1) adding bisphenol-A and benzyltriethylammonium chloride to sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and fully mixing, and taking out to obtain a yellow solution; (2) fully mixing and stirring isophthaloyl dichloride and terephthaloyl dichloride, and taking out to obtain an acyl chloride solution; (3) adding the acyl chloride solution to dichloromethane, stirring and mixing, fully dissolving, and taking out to obtain an acyl chloride solution dissolved in dichloromethane; (4) adding graphene oxide to water and ultrasonically treating to obtain a suspension; (5) adding ethylenediamine to the suspension, stirring, washing, and drying to obtain aminated graphene oxide; (6) adding the aminated graphene oxide to the yellow solution, ultrasonically treating to obtain a black ink solution; (7) dripping the acyl chloride solution dissolved in dichloromethane into the ink solution, and stirring to obtain a reaction mixture; (8) adding the reaction mixture to methanol, precipitating, filtering and washing to obtain polyester; (9) adding the polyester to dichloromethane, stirring, dissolving and filtering to obtain a polyester solution; and (10) adding the polyester solution to methanol, precipitating, filtering, washing and drying.
