▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene/flexible substrate, comprises (a) forming a laminate in which a flexible substrate, an adhesive film, and a graphene/metal catalyst substrate are sequentially stacked, (b) laminating the laminate, (c) removing the metal catalyst by impregnating the laminate that in an etching solution, and (d) washing and drying the flexible substrate/adhesive film/graphene in which the metal catalyst is removed. The flexible substrate is a fiber substrate. The fibrous substrate is at least one fabric substrate made of cotton fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, and/or nylon fibers. USE - The method and device are useful for producing graphene/flexible substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/flexible substrate minimizes damage to graphene, maintains electrical conductivity, and can be commercialized in various graphene fabric fields i.e. EMI shielding, signal transmission, energy harvesting, smart wearables, sensors, gas barriers, and protective clothing in the field of electronic materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) device comprising a first roller part (110) for forming a flexible substrate-adhesive film-graphene/metal catalyst substrate laminate, and a second roller part (120) for moving the flexible substrate/adhesive film/graphene by impregnating the laminate (100) into an etching solution to remove the metal catalyst from the laminate; and (2) large area graphene/flexible substrate fabric having sheet resistance of less than or equal to 1 k Omega /sq in large area of greater than or equal to 100 cm2.
