NOVELTY - An L-tyrosine content detecting method involves selecting 10 mg nanometer graphene oxide and chloride compound and amine compound, adding Schiff base reagent, dispersing to obtain Schiff base nickel complex-nano graphene oxide suspension, selecting glassy carbon electrode, polishing, washing, cleaning ultrasonically, drying, dropping resultant suspension on glassy electrode, storing in refrigerator, selecting nickel complex oxide graphene modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, a saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and recording peak current value of L-tyrosine. USE - Method for detecting L-tyrosine content in beer sample. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting L-tyrosine content in a rapid manner with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An L-tyrosine content detecting method involves selecting 10 mg nanometer graphene oxide and chloride compound and amine compound, adding Schiff base reagent, dispersing ultrasonically for 2 hours to obtain Schiff base nickel complex-nanometer graphene oxide suspension, selecting glassy carbon electrode, polishing, washing by water, cleaning ultrasonically for 3 minutes, drying, dropping resultant suspension on glassy electrode, storing in refrigerator at 4 degrees C, selecting nickel complex oxide graphene modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, a saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, recording peak current value of L-tyrosine with different concentration, drawing working curve and linear regression equation , taking 5.00 ml beer sample, adding phosphate buffered saline buffer solution with pH value of 7.0 and calculating L-tyrosine concentration in beer sample from the obtained results.
