▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-sensitivity suspension two-dimensional nano-biomolecular sensor has a substrate layer (10). The substrate layer includes a silicon dioxide layer (13) and a silicon layer (11) arranged up and down. A groove with an open upper portion and a closed lower portion is formed on the substrate layer. The groove extends from the silicon dioxide layer to the silicon layer. An electrode layer includes a source, a drain and a gate arranged on the silicon dioxide layer. The source and the drain are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the trench (40). A set of graphene strips are spaced and suspended the groove. One end of each graphene strip is located in the source electrode and the silicon dioxide layer. The other end is located in the drain electrode (22) and the silicon dioxide layer. USE - High-sensitivity suspension two-dimensional nano-biomolecular sensor for use in the detection of biomolecules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor avoids the loss of electrons from the substrate and improve the detection sensitivity, realizes high-precision and high-reliability biological single-molecule detection, and improves the stability of the biomolecular detection process and the accuracy of the detection results. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for detecting biomolecules using the sensor, which involves: (a) making the biomolecules to be tested specifically bind to the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene strip; (b) applying a direct current (DC) voltage to the gate and set a bias voltage in the source and drain; and (c) detecting changes in circuit parameters including current signals in the source and the drain under the control of the gate voltage to realize qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis of the biomolecules to be tested.
