▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a Cf-oriented silicon-Chitin nano-whiskers-vertical graphene nanosheets (SiCNWs-VGNs) micro-nano multi-scale toughened carbon-based composite material, comprises (1) using isothermal chemical vapor infiltration process, preparing carbon fiber prefabricated body into a low-density C/C composite material, (2) placing low-density C/C composite material into metal salt catalyst ethanol solution, soaking for 1-6 hours and drying to obtain low-density C/C composite material loaded with catalyst, (3) performing chemical vapor deposition process to prepare low-density C/C composite materials containing Cf-oriented SiCNWs, (4) placing low-density C/C composites containing Cf-oriented SiCNWs in vertical chemical vapor phase, heating to 850-1200℃ at a heating rate of 5-10℃/minute, and (5) placing the low-density C/C composites containing Cf-oriented SiCNWs-VGNs into a vertical CVI tube in the furnace, feeding methane gas, cooling and obtaining final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing Cf-oriented silicon-Chitin nano-whiskers-vertical graphene nanosheets micro-nano multi-scale toughened carbon-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, and capable of preparing composite material component with complex shape; has strong repeatability, high yield and great potential of large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Cf-oriented silicon-chitin nano-whiskers-vertical graphene nanosheets, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
