NOVELTY - A graphene conductive film comprises peelable graphene conductive coating. The peelable graphene conductive coating comprises 45-60 wt.% modified polyurethane aqueous dispersion, 20-24 wt.% modified graphene polyaniline composite, 0.5-3 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1 wt.% defoaming agent, 1-5 wt.% anti-sticking agent and balance amount of deionized water. The modified graphene polyaniline composite is prepared by mixing peanut shell, melamine and 0.8-1.5 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution in mass ratio of 1-1.3:1-1.5:50, grinding into uniform slurry, then diluting with water for 2-3 times, uniformly stirring, leaving and removing the precipitate to obtain biomass dispersion, mixing whisker the biomass dispersion and graphene oxide solution to obtain reaction solution, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C and dialysis treatment at 15-18 degrees C to obtain modified graphene dispersion liquid and then polymerizing. The thickness of the graphene conductive film is 150-200 mu m. USE - Graphene conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive film has excellent storage stability, conductivity, uniformity and anti-static effect.
