NOVELTY - Graphene type solvent free internal drag coating comprises component A and component B, where component A contains 30-60 wt.% epoxy resin active diluting agent, 5-15 wt.% zinc phosphate, 5-10 wt.% barium sulfate, 9-15 wt.% pigment, 10-20 wt.% flatting agent, 0.3-1.2 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.3-1.2 wt.% anti-graffiti agent, 0.3-1.2 wt.% plasticizer, 3-10 wt.% ceramic microsphere and 1-5 wt.% graphene, and component B contains 0.5-1.5 wt.% epoxy resin, 20-40 wt.% polyaminoamide curing agent and 0.5-1.5 wt.% epoxy accelerator. USE - Graphene type solvent free internal drag coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene type solvent free internal drag coating has improved adhesion and flexibility, low requirements on substrate, short coating film forming time, simplified construction step and improved construction efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene type solvent free internal drag coating, which involves: (A) preparing component A by placing epoxy resin and reactive diluent in a container at a speed of 1500 revolutions per minute and stirring for 15 minutes to obtain stirred solution; (B) adding graphene, zinc phosphate, barium sulfate and iron red to stirred solution, and stirring for 45 minutes to obtain stirred solution; (C) adding flatting agent, antifoaming agent, anti-graffiti agent and ceramic microsphere to obtained stirred solution, mixing uniformly, and grinding it in a grinder at 1500 revolutions per minute for 1 hour to obtain grounded material; (D) mixing grounded material with plasticizer uniformly to obtain component A having a solid content of 96% or more; (E) preparing component B by adding and stirring epoxy resin, epoxy accelerator and polyamine amide curing agent in a container at a speed of 1500 revolutions per minute to obtain component B; and (F) mixing and stirring component A and component B in a mass ratio of 5:2 to obtain final product.
