▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Constructing spin latch based on ultra-fast magneto-optical dynamics involves doping four cobalt (Co) atoms using gamma-graphite alkyne as a base, constructing and optimizing the Co4and γ-graphene structure model to obtain a stable configuration, calculating the excited state electronic structure to obtain spin density, analyzing and judging the spin density local area position and the spin direction of the system, defining the logic input variable and the logic output variable of the spinning latch according to the local position and spin direction judging result, constructing three-bit logic gate through the spin dynamics process induced by laser, and constructing spin latch. USE - Method for constructing a spin latch based on ultra-fast magneto-optical dynamics used in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the burr influence, consumption of logic unit is less and the whole finishing time reaches the ultra-high speed sub-picosecond, the guarantee degree is more than 95 % which provides a thought for the design and application of the new generation of spin latches.
