NOVELTY - Preparing cyclotriphosphazene-doped graphene quantum dots comprises mixing carbon source, doping source and solvent in reaction kettle, heating to react, purifying reaction product and drying to obtain cyclotriphosphazene-doped graphene quantum dots, where the carbon source is glucose, fructose, citric acid and/or urea, the doping source is hexachlorotripolyphosphazene, cyclotriphosphazene and/or triphenylphosphine, the solvent is water, ethanol, methanol, acetic acid, acetone, chloroform, dimethylformamide, tetrachloromethane and/or dichloromethane. USE - The cyclotriphosphazene-doped graphene quantum dot is useful for tracking reactive oxygen species (ROS) level (claimed).
