▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene adhesive film, comprises (i) taking plastic particles and graphene powder; (ii) mixing graphene powder with the plastic particles at a weight percentage of not greater than2 wt.% to obtain mixed raw material; (iii) heating and melting the mixed raw material in a molten raw material; (iv)pressing the molten raw material in a graphene film; and (v) stretching radially outwards from multiple locations on the edge of the graphene film for expanding and thinning of graphene film. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene adhesive film. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the physical properties of the graphene film, which is easy to manufacture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene film, comprising plastic carrier in the shape of a film and multiple graphene microchips, where the graphene microchips are connected to each other and extend and are stacked and distributed in the plastic carrier.
