▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing degradable photo-thermal conversion film material, involves (a) dissolving polylactic acid in organic mixed solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution, where the concentration of polylactic acid in mixed solution is 5-20 %mass, (b) adding 10-35 %mass pore-forming agent to mixed solution, and uniformly stirring until the mixture is completely and uniformly dispersed to obtain secondary mixed solution, (c) adding obtained nano-fluid prepared using ion exchange method to secondary mixed solvent, and continuously and uniformly stirring to obtain spinning solution, (d) spinning fibrous membrane with spinning solution, (e) washing obtained fiber membrane with water, removing pore-forming agent, and drying to obtain porous fiber membrane, (f) spraying carbon material with photothermal effect on surface of porous fiber membrane, and (g) spraying hydrophobic material on outer surface of treated fiber membrane, and drying to obtain film material. USE - The method is used for preparing degradable photo-thermal conversion film material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits high surface activity at air/polymer interface and tendency to migrate to surface of polymer fiber, gradually migrates to pores, prevents the aggregation of salt from crystallizing out, avoids the clogging of the pores, and improves the water absorption and salt resistance of membrane.
