▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High performance carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR) vulcanizate-containing graphene oxide, is claimed. The XNBR vulcanizate is prepared by (i) ultrasonically peeling by adding graphite oxide to a surface modifier; (ii) performing centrifugal separation to obtain a surface modified single-layered graphene oxide; (iii) mixing single-layered graphene oxide with XNBR latex, and sequentially adding an antioxidant and a flocculating agent; (iv) preparing rubber mixture by co-coagulation method; and (v) subjecting to vulcanization by adding a vulcanizing agent to obtain the product. USE - Used as a high performance carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber vulcanizate-containing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The XNBR rubber-containing graphene oxide has high mechanical properties and high thermal conductivity (claimed), modified stability of suspension, and surface tension due to the presence of surface modifier, and improved degree of uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in a polymer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the XNBR vulcanizate, comprising (a) preparing the surface modified graphene oxide by adding graphite oxide and surface modifier into deionized water for carrying out ultrasonic peeling, centrifugally separating, and obtaining an aqueous dispersion solution of the surface modified graphene oxide; (b) mixing the aqueous dispersion solution of the surface modified graphene oxide and XNBR latex, subjecting to ultrasound, adding antioxidant, stirring, adjusting pH, gelatinizing by adding the flocculating agent, washing the gel with deionized water, removing the flocculating agent, absorbing, and filtrating by a Buchner funnel, drying the obtained solid in a constant temperature oven, and obtaining a mixture of XNBR and graphene oxide, namely masterbatch; (c) blending the dried masterbatch in an open mill by adding the vulcanizing agent, stopping the addition of the masterbatch, and obtaining a graphene oxide reinforced rubber; and (d) detecting the vulcanization time by using a rheometer, and vulcanizing to obtain reinforced XNBR vulcanizate-containing graphene oxide.
