NOVELTY - Forming a bulk product involves coating a particulate conductive phase material with a binder phase using a deposition coating process, and forming the coated conductive phase material into a bulk material, where the particulate conductive phase material includes two dimensional (2D) materials, single layer materials, graphene, boron nitride nanotubes, aluminum nitride and molybdenum disulfide, carbides or nitrides including titanium and silicon refractories, intermetallics and glasses, an intermediate layer coating is provided between the conductive phase and the binder phase as a wetting layer, the intermediate layer coating is a metal carbide and the binder phase is a transition metal, and the binder phase coating is less than 100 microns thick. USE - Method for forming a bulk product that is utilized for forming components (claimed), preferably real-world components. ADVANTAGE - The method provides highly engineered bulk product with high electrical and thermal conductivity in-plane, improved processability, and resistance to corrosion in corrosive environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a component, which comprises a portion of a component body formed of the particulate conductive material coated by the binder phase coating formed into bulk material, such that the component body includes both binder phase coating and the particulate conductive material.
