NOVELTY - A dispersible graphene based energy-saving power supply apparatus comprises negative electrode graphene, where the dispersible graphene based energy-saving power supply apparatus is prepared by adding natural graphite in N-methylpyrrolidone, cleaning, centrifuging, spraying dispersion on substrate, coating, casting, stacking lattice oxygen ions in octahedral positions compartment, desorbing lithium ion, followed by coating layer on aluminum foil, drying and disposing between negative electrode and graphene layered lithium metal oxide cathode material with a porous polypropylene membrane.
