NOVELTY - Composite reinforced toughened material comprises 50 to 80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5 to 20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 8 to 20 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1 to 2.2 pts. wt. organic chrome complex, 0.4 to 7.4 pts. wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid graft polypropylene phase solvent, 0.6 to 1.6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride phase solvent, 1 to 1.8 pts. wt. stannic acid ester, 1 to 4 pts. wt. thiodipropionic diester. USE - Composite reinforced toughened material. ADVANTAGE - The composite reinforced toughened material has excellent heat and pressure resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite reinforced toughened material, which involves: (A) weighing the raw materials by mass; (B) stirring graphene powder and adding the organic chromium complex into the graphene powder for surface treatment; (C) drying the dried carbon fiber by surface wetting of the maleic anhydride phase solvent and the stannate and drying at a hot air circulation of 90 to 140 degrees C; (D) feeding grafted solvent of polypropylene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene, thiodipropionic diester and the graphene powder into the high-speed mixer for high-speed stirring to form a graphene / polypropylene mixture; (E) melting, shearing, kneading, homogenizing and extruding carbon fiber in the graphene / polypropylene mixture and the dried carbon fiber in an extruder and granulating to obtain polystyrene modified polypropylene particles; (F) preheating and drying graphene-modified polypropylene particles; (G) melt-extruding dried graphene modified polypropylene particles and placing extruded frit in an incubator to keep the insulation; (H) preheating the sheet molding machine and the molding die, and then pressing the extruded melt into the sheet molding machine to press the plate blank: (I) placing plate blanks into the stereotypes in the cooling, and then removing the plate blanks and placing in warm water for leveling stress aging treatment, and flattening at room temperature; and (J) processing plate into sheet metal products.
