▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving graphite oxide into hexandiol solution to form a mixture, processing graphite oxide by an ultrasonic wave, and dripping chloroplatinic acid into the mixture. The mixture is stirred with mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and hexandiol solution, where the stirred solution is processed by a microwave. The stirred solution is centrifuged and dried to obtain graphene-platinum nanocomposite material. Myoglobin material is fixed with a hydrogen peroxide biosensor. USE - Method for synthesizing a graphene-platinum nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures average diameter of platinum nanoparticles to be 2.4 nm, thus enabling uniform distribution of the nanoparticles on a nanosheet of the graphene. The detecting limit of the biosensor is improved to be 0.05 microns, and linear range of the biosensor is maintained from 0.1 to 1.5 microns, thus ensuring better stability. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical illustration of a graphene-platinum nanocomposite material synthesizing method. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
