▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The modulator has a strip-shaped light waveguide part (2) fixed on a surface of a substrate layer (1), an annular light waveguide part (3) or a dielectric fill layer. The annular light waveguide part is located on a side of the strip-shaped light waveguide part. The annular light waveguide part is provided with a micro-strip traveling wave electrode structure. The electrode structure is provided with two graphene strips (5, 7). A first ground electrode (81) is connected with a second ground electrode (82). A third ground electrode (83) is connected with a fourth ground electrode (84). USE - Graphene strip traveling wave electrode based annular resonant cavity light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator has high light modulation rate, and can reduce modulation bandwidth rate.
