NOVELTY - Preparing a hollow tube based on graphene modification involves soaking water glass, graphene, and tetrabutyl titanate in dilute sulfuric acid, washing, and drying to obtain modified silica gel. The expanded vermiculite, 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, graphite, and hydrochloric acid solution are subjected to contact reaction, followed by filtering, and collecting the filter cake to obtain activated modifier. USE - Method for preparing a hollow tube based on graphene modification for automobile engine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a hollow tube based on graphene modification, which has excellent mechanical strength, and also has excellent heat resistance and oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a hollow tube based on graphene modification involves soaking water glass, graphene, and tetrabutyl titanate in dilute sulfuric acid, washing, and drying to obtain modified silica gel. The expanded vermiculite, 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, graphite, and hydrochloric acid solution are subjected to contact reaction, followed by filtering, and collecting the filter cake to obtain activated modifier. Ethylene propylene rubber, fluororubber, polycaprolactam, hydroxymethyl cellulose, bentonite, microcrystalline wax, sulfur, stearate, zinc chloride, sodium tungstate, and modified silica gel are mixed with the activated modifier, kneaded, and then molded to obtain hollow tube based on graphene modification.
