NOVELTY - Processing composite trampoline net comprises (i) preparing modified graphene ultrasonic dispersion of graphene in N, N dimethylformamide solution, adding solution of diethanolamine and reacting, dispersing into dioxane and adding dioxane solution containing phenylphosphoryl dichloride, maintaining reaction under stirring, adding ethylenediamine-containing dioxane dropwise to the obtained solution, maintaining the reaction, refluxing, filtering the obtained product and washing, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene, (ii) melting modified graphene and polypropylene chips as raw materials, using twin-screw extruder melt extrusion granulation preparation to obtain polypropylene functional master batch, (iii) melting spun polypropylene functional masterbatch prepared by the second step and the conventional polypropylene chip are used as raw materials, cooling by water bath, hot water drawn, air heat set, and winding, and (iv) weaving obtained polypropylene monofilament. USE - The method is useful for processing composite trampoline net. ADVANTAGE - The composite trampoline net: improves tensile strength of the polypropylene monofilament, and weather resistance levels and features; and has excellent flame retardancy, antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing composite trampoline net comprises (i) preparing modified graphene ultrasonic dispersion of graphene in N, N dimethylformamide solution, adding solution of diethanolamine and reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 20-25 hours to obtain ammoniated graphene, dispersing ammoniated graphene into the dioxane and adding dioxane solution containing phenylphosphoryl dichloride, maintaining reaction at 20-30 degrees C for 10-15 hours under stirring, adding ethylenediamine-containing dioxane dropwise to the obtained solution, maintaining the reaction for 10-15 hours, refluxing at 100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, filtering the obtained product and washing, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to obtain modified graphene, (ii) melting modified graphene and polypropylene chips as raw materials at 210-245 degrees C, using twin-screw extruder melt extrusion granulation preparation to obtain polypropylene functional master batch, (iii) melting spun polypropylene functional masterbatch prepared by the second step and the conventional polypropylene chip are used as raw materials, cooling by water bath, hot water drawn, air heat set, and winding to obtain polypropylene monofilament, and (iv) weaving obtained polypropylene monofilament.
