NOVELTY - A graphene/cobalt oxide cathode material preparing method involves using natural graphite powder as raw material and performing hummers process to obtain graphite oxide, followed by using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate in ethanol, performing leaching process to dissolve, adding graphite oxide, stirring, pouring into ceramic boat, carrying out drying treatment, performing high temperature puffing process at 600 degrees ac for 30 seconds by using tubular resistance furnace and performing reduction process at 600 degrees C for 0.5 hours to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/cobalt oxide cathode material that is utilized for lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/cobalt oxide cathode material with high discharge capacity, long circulation life and better performance.
