NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition comprises 75-92 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 6-23 wt.% halogen-free flame retardant, 1-5 wt.% flame retardant synergist, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-1 wt.% lubricant and 0.01-0.5 wt.% anti-hydrolysis agent. The flame retardant synergist is hydroxide-doped graphene nano material. USE - Halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent flame retardance, dynamic property, durability and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition, which involves uniformly mixing the elastomer and synergist in a mixer or extruder, adding the remaining raw materials, uniformly mixing at 170-200 degrees C and pelletizing.
