NOVELTY - The photoelectric detector comprises a substrate. The two ends of the substrate surface are respectively provided with metal electrodes (3,4). The metal electrode is connected with graphene strip. The one end of the graphene strip is set with wide strip unit (1), while the other end is set with narrow strip unit (2). The maximum width of the graphene strip is less than 100 nm. USE - Photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The redundancy of the graphene strip can be prevented. The photoelectric detector is high in reliability and high in practicability. The light response degree of the photoelectric detector can be improved.
