NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy comprises 18-20 %mass, preferably 19 %mass silicon, 0.45-0.7 %mass, preferably 0.58 %mass magnesium, 0.001-0.009 %mass, preferably 0.003 %mass graphene, 0.1-0.3 %mass, preferably 0.1 %mass zirconium, 0.2 %mass or less, preferably 0.03 %mass zinc, 0.1 %mass or less, preferably 0.02 %mass manganese, 0.1 %mass or less, preferably 0.02 %mass titanium, 0.1 %mass or less, preferably 0.01 %mass beryllium, 0.05 %mass or less, preferably 0.03 %mass tin, 0.1 %mass or less, preferably 0.02 %mass lead, 0.03 %mass or less other unspecified impurity elements, 0.1 %mass or less impurities, and remaining aluminum. USE - Graphene-reinforced hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy for industrial applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy is economical and has excellent mechanical property.
