NOVELTY - Thermal coating layer manufacturing involves spraying graphene solution on surface of electronic component or electronic device in a vertical direction. The thermal emissivity is enhanced of the electronic component or electronic device. The graphene solution and binder solution are prepared respectively, where the binder solution is provided for forming heat radiation coating layer. USE - Method for manufacturing thermal coating layer. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures thermal coating layer with excellent thermal performance, reduces malfunction and heat generation of electronic device, and enhances life span.
